1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Little Dutch Designer LLC, the legal owner and operator of the Operation: Becoming platform (“Operation Awesome,” the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
Operation: Becoming helps parents transform everyday responsibilities into story-driven mission briefings for their children. The Service is provided as software-as-a-service by Little Dutch Designer LLC.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the information you provide, for maintaining the security of your credentials, and for activity under your account. Accounts must be created by an adult parent or guardian.
4. Subscriptions and billing
The Service offers a Free plan (with daily mission limits) and a Premium subscription billed on a recurring basis. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from the Billing page. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to create content that is harmful, abusive, or unlawful. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Intellectual property
The Operation: Becoming name, branding, software, and content generated by the platform are owned by Little Dutch Designer LLC or its licensors. You retain ownership of the task content you input.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is.” Little Dutch Designer LLC disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Mission briefings are generated by AI and are intended for imaginative play, not professional parenting advice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Little Dutch Designer LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
